Born in Kansas City, MO. Don moved to Springfield to attend Drury College where he obtained his Masters in Business Administration in 1972. Shortly after graduating from Drury, Don began his career in Real Estate. Since that time he has been at full force assisting thousands of Springfield families in buying and selling homes.

LaDonna Martino
LaDonna Martino is a Realtor and Certified Buyer Representative. She has been with the Caudle Group since 1994 and has worked in all aspects of the business. LaDonna works with buyers and sellers as she is knowledgeable to handle any part of a Real Estate transaction. LaDonna has worked with a wide range of buyers including relocation buyers and first time homebuyers. Before showing homes to clients, LaDonna will preview every house on the market in the buyer's specification to find their perfect home.
Tonya Fisher
Tonya Fisher is a licensed agent and has been the office manager for the Caudle Group since 1996 and has recently obtained the position of relocation manager. She will serve as your central contract during the listing and contract process. It is her job to know every aspect of your transaction and keep you informed on all activity and details relating to your home. In addition, Tonya is responsible for; advertising with the News Leader & homes magazines, arranging open houses, and most important, Tonya will handle all of the closing procedures when we receive an acceptable offer.
